Returns and Exchanges

Due to the perishable nature of our meat products and food safety requirements, Industrial Butcher does not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or collected.

This policy helps us maintain appropriate food safety and hygiene standards. Meat products that have left our control cannot be returned for resale.

Incorrect Orders

Please check your order as soon as you receive or collect it to make sure that you have received the correct products and quantities.

Damaged or Unsatisfactory Products

Refunds

Custom and bulk orders may also be subject to specific cancellation conditions because products may be prepared specifically for your requirements.

Custom Meat Orders

Custom orders are prepared according to the meat types, cuts and quantities requested by the customer.

Because these products may be prepared specifically for your order, custom orders generally cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind once preparation has begun.

If there is a problem with a custom order that you received, contact us so that we can review the issue.

Delivery Issues

Please check your delivery when you receive it.

If products are missing, incorrect or appear damaged when delivered, contact us promptly and provide your order details.

For food safety reasons, customers should refrigerate or freeze meat products appropriately after receiving their order. Industrial Butcher may not be responsible for deterioration resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.

Collection Orders

Customers collecting orders should check their products and quantities at collection where reasonably possible.

If you discover an issue after leaving the collection point, contact us as soon as possible with your order details.
